We'll provide you with on-the-job training every step of the way.ABOUT THE JOBYou'll support Spanish and English-speaking individuals with disabilities as they achieve their goals and build independence. There will be two main components to your job responsibilities: teaching skills such as cooking and providing supervision and conflict resolution between roommates. The second component will focus on bringing Spanish speakers with disabilities together for social events and training opportunities. There will be a ton of room to express your creativity!This position can be part-time or full-time, $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience and caseload. Flexible shifts are available between 9am-7pm on weekdays and weekends. You do not need to have any specialized vocabulary in either language.Prior experience engaging with people with disabilities or special education experience is preferred.Valid California identification such as Real ID, driver's license, or passport.
