1. Human Resources Specialist (HR)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily HR tasks such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Communicate with the China headquarters to coordinate HR acctivities and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.

2. Quality Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product quality control, ensuring that production processes meet quality standards.

- Write quality reports, inspection standards, and technical documents, and provide translations in both Chinese and English.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in mechanical, electronic, or quality management fields.

3. Buyer
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and support sourcing strategies, lead key initiatives with crossfunctional teams; support the decision-making process of the category roadmap
- with leadership.
- Act as a market intelligence provider regarding categories; anticipate strategic
- opportunities and keep key stakeholders informed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external
- partners, while meeting tight deadlines
- Solicit, expedite, and evaluate supplier quotes and services to determine most
- desirable suppliers for raw materials and machined components.
- Prepare all aspects of simple bids, RFQ's and proposals, including precise
- specifications, supporting spreadsheets, comparisons, recommendations, and
- justifications.
- Effectively manage purchase order process. Review all relevant material
- requirements,
- Create and execute PO, order management, and make sure the order delivery in
- line with our required ETA.
- Inventory Management
- Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree minimum
- Proficient with Excel skillset, including VLOOKUP and Pivot table, data
- visualization etc
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in international trade, logistics management, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement.
- Excellent negotiation skills and proficiency in both Chinese and English.
4. Logistics Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for logistics planning and management to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with the China headquarters and other international logistics companies.
- Write logistics reports and documents, and provide translations in both Chinese and English.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics management, supply chain management, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to handle international logistics affairs.
5. IT MES Equipment Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems.
- Communicate with the IT team at the China headquarters to ensure smooth system operations.
- Write technical documents and user manuals, and provide Chinese-English translation support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, automation, information engineering, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Job Responsibilities:
- Translate company documents, meetings, technical documents, and other materials between Chinese and English.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in translation, linguistics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Chinese-English translation, with both interpreting and writing skills.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to handle translation work across various specialized fields.
