Job Description :

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Chinese Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and medical staff, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in both English and Chinese. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both languages, along with a background in a medical or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Reception: Greet and check in patients in a welcoming and professional manner, ensuring that all required forms and documentation are completed accurately.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and assist with rescheduling as needed. Coordinate with medical staff to optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and respond to patient needs in both Chinese and English.
  • Medical Records Management: Maintain and update patient records in the practice management system, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
  • Insurance Verification and Billing Support: Assist with insurance verification, collect co-pays, and process billing inquiries.
  • Patient Communication: Provide clear communication to patients regarding their appointments, medical procedures, and office policies in both Chinese and English.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and organizing office supplies. Assist medical staff with administrative tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Address patient concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
  • Multilingual Assistance: Provide translation services for non-English-speaking patients during appointments and consultations, ensuring clear understanding between medical providers and patients
