Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Must be bilingual(Spanish & English) and have no scheduling restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Supervise and support up to 150+ employees.
• · Manage payroll and ensure accurate timecard reporting.
• · Address personnel issues quickly and effectively.
• · Conduct regular safety and communication meetings with clients.
• · Oversee employee attendance and performance.
• · Ensure a safe working environment through training and safety checks.
• · Maintain accurate customer and employee records.
• · Customize training and retention programs.

Additional Duties:

• · Assist with Workers' Compensation claims.
• · Conduct accident investigations and safety audits.
• · Operate warehouse machinery like Electric Pallet Jacks, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts.
