We are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Admin/Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role requires a self-motivated, customer-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a positive impact on both clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: Client & Employee Engagement:Visit clients in Northfield and Broomfield on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to maintain relationships and address needs.Meet with employees onsite to resolve questions, concerns, and provide ongoing support.Act as a liaison between employees and clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly. Recruiting & Onboarding:Conduct new hire orientations and provide a positive experience for new employees.Interview and assess candidates for manufacturing positions to ensure a strong fit for both the role and the client. Administrative & Reporting Tasks Track daily attendance and manage reporting for employees.Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, employees, and internal teams (via email, phone, and in-person). Problem Solving & Collaboration:Work closely with internal departments to address employee concerns, customer requests, and ensure seamless operations.Find creative solutions to challenges while ensuring the satisfaction of both employees and clients. What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English & Spanish is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both in our Westminster office (120th and Pecos) and travel to off-site locations in Northfield and Broomfield.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
- Time management and multitasking abilities—comfortable managing multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Understanding of HR and recruiting functions.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/year
