Bilingual Medical Assistant (MA) Location: Tucson, AZ - 85713Employment Type: Direct-Hire, PermanentSetting: Primary CarePay: $19-$22 per hour + $1.50 Bilingual DifferentialShift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Qualifications:- Required: 3 years MA work experience, Bilingual (Spanish), MA program graduate, 6+ months phlebotomy experience, BLS.- Preferred: Senior patient experience. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct intakes with patients, review medical history, record vital signs, perform routine screenings/exams, conduct patient interviews and answer their questions/concerns.- Process patient calls, route calls to necessary team members, call patient with important info.- Change dressings, apply bandages, and suture removal.- Provide health coaching to patients and conduct follow-up calls.
