Vaco LA is working with a client in the Construction industry who is looking for a new Office Manager to help support all office/administrative functions. This opportunity is located in Harbor City, LA and will be fully in office. This opportunity is looking to pay between 45k-50k on a direct hire basis. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.   • Manage all inventory and supply responsibilities
  • Managing workflow of the office
  • Managing any Ad hoc related projects
  • Assisting with front office managment and support
  • Providing admin support to the office
  • Running any related errands for the office
  • Over 2 years of Office managment experience required for role
  • Bilingual in Spanish heavily preferred
  • Experience in the Construction or similar type of industry preferred
