Bilingual Production Lead (2nd Shift and 3rd shift) - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Bilingual Production Lead (2nd Shift and 3rd Shift)

Location: Shirley, NY

Pay Range:$19.75- $20.75Shifts:2nd shift 1:45PM- 10:00PM (Mon- Fri)3rd shift 9:45PM- 6:00AM (Mon- Fri)

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes.

What's Needed?

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience as a Production Lead.
• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Must be flexible to work OT before and after their shift.
• Ability to speak, read, write and basic understanding of English.
• Adhere to Food Safety, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Health and Safety policies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30pounds manually, move load,
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
