We're hiring a Bilingual Receptionist/Bookkeeper for a dynamic, self-managed condominium community in Sunny Isles Beach. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a historic property undergoing key renovations while managing financial responsibilities and providing excellent resident services.
Job Overview:
As part of a close-knit team of 12 employees, you'll handle bookkeeping duties while assisting with receptionist tasks at a 428-unit condominium. The property, built in 1965, is in the process of concrete restoration and electrical updates for its 50-year recertification.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial accuracy and creating reports.
✔ Use TOPS software for building management functions.
✔ Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
✔ Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service.
✔ Work closely with the building manager, operations director, and security supervisor to support all aspects of building management.
Job Requirements:
✔ Experience using TOPS software for building management.
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
✔ Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
✔ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and assist in various roles as needed.
✔ Positive interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing outstanding service to residents.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
