Ideally someone who has experience recruiting for positions in manufacturing industry. You will be instrumental in creating new and innovative methods to improve the staffing levels at various facilities. Strong skills in enhancing the applicant experience.Schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (salaried position)You're good at:Posting creative and engaging job ads to various job boardsActive in the community to build relationships and increase visibility and interest in positionsInnovative and critical thinker who takes initiativeMust be bilingual in ENGLISH/SPANISHExtra awesome:Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business AdministrationMinimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiterKnowledgeable in HR laws and AAP ComplianceWhile you may work for our client, Star Staffing will be your employer.
