Position Overview:The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill staffing needs in the Austin area. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have experience in staffing or a related field, and be committed to growing with our team.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Placement:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and match them with appropriate job openings.- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.- Client & Candidate Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.- Understand client needs and job requirements to effectively match candidates.- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.- Administrative Duties:- Prepare and manage job postings across various platforms.- Ensure all recruitment documentation and candidate records are accurately maintained.- Track and report on staffing metrics and performance.- Compliance & Training:- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.- Provide training and support to new hires as needed.Requirements:- Experience:- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field preferred.- Familiarity with recruitment software and job boards.-Skills:- Bilingual- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
