We are currently hiring a bilingual Spanish Inside Sales Representatives to add to our growing sales team. In addition to typical employer-offered benefits, we also provide a $5000 annual childcare subsidy and an affordable on-site hair salon.You will play a key role in maintaining and developing meaningful relationships with customers and setting and meeting sales goals and objectives established with company leadership. You will act as an account manager, maintaining relationships with independent retailers throughout the USA. Key responsibilities include:Providing store level support to corporate national accounts and implementing account executives' initiatives for corporate customersAnswering customers' phone inquiries regarding products, prices, availability and product usesAssisting the customers in making product selections based on their needs; uses suggestive selling techniques to increase sales revenueProactively contacting existing customers to increase sales volume and order frequency; using lead information, contacts potential businesses for sales opportunitiesAssisting wholesale customers placing orders in burton+BURTON showrooms at major gift markets in Atlanta and Dallas.Minimum educational and experience requirements: Associates' degree with at least one year of sales experience.
