Billing Clerk - UACL Logistics, LLC : Job Details

UACL Logistics, LLC a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings Inc. is in search of candidates to fill a clerk position opening within their corporate office located in Warren, MI.

UACL Logistics, LLC provides Flatbed, Van, Over Dimensional, Oilfield, Reefer and Logistics Services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. As one of the strongest truckload carriers in the nation UACL Logistics, LLC has the ability to provide transportation services for our customers, agents and owner operators. Our stability and experience within the industry has been proven with our continued growth, year after year.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Process bills and invoices
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Communicate with customers and drivers
• Auditing, reviewing, and verifying documents
• Updating web portals for customer billing requirements
• Data entry

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong attention to detail
• A competitive and career oriented mindset
• Ability to provide excellent service to our customers
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required
• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
