Billing Clerk - Universal Logistics Holdings : Job Details

Our operation is based in Chillicothe, IL and supports a construction machinery and equipment manufacturing plant in the area. We manage and operate a warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required

The ability to multi-task with high accuracy

Responsibilities will include:

Billing/invoice processing assistance

Accounts payable

Accounts receivable

Analyzing and identifying trends in documents

Resolving issues with payment and billing discrepancies

Maintaining relationships with customers
