Billing Coordinator - Staffmark : Job Details

Pay: $23-$26 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and processing client billing and invoicing, as well as pro-rating charges when necessary. You will manage credit card processing transactions, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain up-to-date records in the system. Additional duties include performing general office accounting tasks, organizing and maintaining office filing systems, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible. Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent attendance and reliable daily presence
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in 10-key data entry and typing (50 WPM)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
• Strong math skills and legible penmanship
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues
