Billing Operations Analyst - Aegistech : Job Details

Job Description: We are hiring a Billing Operations W2 Consultant for our client, a major global exchange, located in NYC. Role sits in their Paid Social department. This is a hybrid, W2 contract. Candidates MUST be Aegistech's W2 (no Corp to Corp), no exceptions. The client is looking for a candidate to assist in paid social billing processes and operations. The role is designed for someone with great attention to detail along with strong written communication skills. As the Billing Operations Analyst Consultant, you will help manage and coordinate communications between internal/external stakeholders to ensure all campaigns run smoothly and are invoiced and paid on time. You will work with leaders from across the client's various business units, along with platform and internal finance teams. The role demands a strong communicator who has great attention to detail. The right candidate will bring a can-do attitude with the ability to manage many different stakeholders across multiple time zones. You will report to the Head of Paid Social. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Monthly Billing Processes: Own communications between platform AR teams, internal AP teams, and internal marketing teams and individual campaign points of contact to track and ensure all monthly invoices across all social platforms are paid in a timely manner
• Assist in Campaign Setup: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in campaign setup. Ensure all content is fact-checked, proofread and has the necessary approvals
• Reporting: Assist in reporting, ensuring reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner to the stakeholders involved.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Entry Level - 2 years along with some basic knowledge of AP Management systems (Coupa or similar)
• You are highly organized.
• You have the ability to track and manage 50-100 invoices per month across various stakeholders in addition to all outstanding/unpaid invoices from prior months.
• Solid Written Communication Skills: are essential with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders involved in campaign billing, execution and setup.
