Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Billing Process: Oversee the entire billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of claims for client services.
• Claims Reconciliation: Process and reconcile weekly claims using AlayaCare, ensuring all billing activities are accurate and up-to-date.
• Follow-Up on Past Claims: Investigate and resolve any issues related to past claims to guarantee payments are received.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update records of billing activities and transactions to ensure complete and accurate financial documentation.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless communication.
• Support Payroll: Assist with payroll processing tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for our team members.
