Must be able to travel to Evansville, IN.Job OverviewThis position is responsible for obtaining insurance benefits and authorization for out-patient procedures. You will work closely with physician offices to ensure scheduled procedures are authorized in timely manner. This position requires strong communication skills, must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task. You must and have basic math skills, and outstanding customer service.Education and ExperienceCompletion of High School or GED required. Two to four years' experience in a physician office, hospital registration, collection agency, hospital or professional billing or training at an educational institution that includes medical billing and customer service.
