Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour The Billing Specialist position in Augusta, Maine is responsible for managing billing processes, entering client data, and ensuring accuracy in handling insurance and client payment information. You'll have a solid understanding of billing private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and self-pay, tracking billing data for accuracy, and coordinating with the Admin Care Team. This is a full-time, first shift position with a supportive and team-oriented work environment. Billing Specialist Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Medical Billing Preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and multi-task effectively

Required Skills:

• Bookkeeping and Billing experience
• Proficiency in EHR and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle client insurance and payment inquiries

Billing Specialist Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
• Start Date: ASAP
