Billing Specialist | $22-24/hr - Verstela : Job Details

• Handle daily customer billing functions (review employee job tickets + work orders, update inventory of product, process equipment rental or subcontractor invoicing and costs, etc.)
• Assist with accounts receivable invoicing: ensuring correct product codes, trip charges, and labor are reflected accurately and in accordance to customer contracts
• Assist in problem resolution with subcontractors, working closely with operations and accounting to explain, document, and revise invoices per subcontractor agreements.
• Oversee Payroll and Job Costing Verification

Billing Specialist Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in invoicing for a construction or service environment
• Experience working with Sage and/or similar accounting or ERP systems
• Able to handle heavy volume of work and customer/employee interaction
• Great time management, attention to detail, and organization skills!
• Able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM-4:30PMPay: $22-24/hr depending on experienceBenefits offered by employer when hired as a permanent employee:
