Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Billing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for client billing and performing related accounting functions.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Verify and update client accounts as needed.

+ Process rate adjustments for both bill and pay issues.

+ Communicate with Account Executives and Account Coordinators to make sure clients are set-up properly for billing.

+ Process client invoices according to the client's bill cycle (bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, four weeks, etc.) and send method (mail, email).

+ Maintain and update client accounts (mailing addresses, contact names, PO#s, email addresses, billing cycles, etc.)

+ Assist Credit/Collections Specialist with reconciling outstanding invoices and credits, as well as sending out past due invoices

+ Work with Payroll and AP to ensure that the consultants are paid correctly.

+ Answer Accounts Receivable phone inquiries and follow up.

+ Assist with collecting, checking, and entering time sheets as needed.

+ Maintain weekly and monthly billing processes.

+ Assist with related special projects as required.

+ Follow safety protocols and ensure that direct reports, if applicable, also follow appropriate safety protocols.

+ Application of credits within the Financial system

+ Submitting invoices into customer portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc.)

**What are the qualifications to apply:**

+ Bachelor's degree (preferred) from a four-year college or university or one year of related experience and/or training

+ Knowledge of Bullhorn & Workday accounting software a plus.

+ Detail oriented and organized.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Good technical skills with the ability to navigate in multiple databases.

+ Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.

+ Willingness to learn, grow and accept new responsibilities and interact as part of a team.

+ Ability to compute, rate, ratio and percent.

+ Above-average Excel skills, i.e., pivot tables, V lookup, etc.
