Billing Specialist - Ellsworth Electric : Job Details

Ellsworth Electric, Inc., is an electrical contractor in the tri-state region that provides residential and commercial electrical services to its customers for over 90 years. We are currently seeking applicants to fill an immediate opening for the position of Billing Specialist within our Hagerstown, MD office. Applicants should have 5-years of experience in a clerical/customer service environment and general knowledge of accounts receivable. The candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented. Must be able to multi-task, manage time effectively, computer knowledge with Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Responsibilities include generating accurate invoices, managing transactions and reconciling discrepancies, scheduling, customer service, managing delinquent accounts and assisting the Chief Financial Officer. The position will work closely with project managers and report to the Chief Financial Officer.
