The Billing Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining billing information within the company's financial systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry and billing processes.

• Data Entry: Accurately input billing information, including invoices, payment details, and customer data into the billing system.
• Invoice Preparation: Generate and send out invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and billing requirements.
• Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling billing accounts and resolving discrepancies between billing records and customer accounts.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, providing clear and prompt resolutions.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of all billing transactions and related documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of issues.

• Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in billing, data entry, or a related administrative role is advantageous.
• Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with billing software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation: $24-$26 an hourSalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
