Your expertise will help us maximize revenue and maintain consistent cash flow to support our vital services. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Third-Party Billings: Efficiently process all third-party insurance and MA billings while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and MHCP regulations.
- Facilitate Revenue Growth: Enforce timelines and support staff in submitting necessary paperwork, enhancing our overall revenue collection.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare insightful monthly reports on individual program and practitioner billings, maintaining open communication with the Billing Supervisor and Compliance Director.
- Enhance Processes: Collaborate on developing a smoother, more efficient method for tracking billing information and following up on denials or unpaid balances.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients and agencies to verify insurance eligibility and address any concerns, fostering a supportive environment.

- Preferred: Two years of experience in billing for mental health services and two years in administrative support roles.
- Must demonstrate a non-judgmental attitude towards clients, respecting diverse lifestyles, races, and economic backgrounds.
- Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Minnesota Driver's License.
