Billing Specialist Real-world impact. Life-changing outcomes. CommQuest Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Full-time Billing Specialist for the Finance department. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for working aging reports and claim denials with the guidance of the Revenue Cycle Lead. In this role, you will:

What you'll do:
- Review, correct, and resubmit denied claims.
- Maintain professional relationships and communication with insurance companies to reconcile / investigate denied claims.
- Understanding and assisting with billing processes as needed (i.e. charge verification, charge entry, claim creation.
- Maintain working relationships with clinicians and lead/management related to billing changes, system changes, and/or corrections.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule: Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Finance or related field is preferred or previous equivalent experience (2+ years).
- Previous experience in behavioral health billing
- Previous experience with NextGen and/or other electronic health record systems is a plus!
