Description:•Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval•Process vendor invoices for payment•Communicate directly with vendors and respond to inquiries•Dispute and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or pricing•Provide supporting documentation for audits•Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date•Reconcile vendor statements, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies•Verify accuracy of service codes•Responsible for imaging and record retention of all billing documents•Ensure all billing policies and procedures are adhered to including vendor approval and invoice processing•Completes all assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness•Prepare analysis of accounts•Produce monthly reports•Reconcile billing transactions•Keep current on vendor statements, contact vendors on past due to have invoice submitted for payment.•Communicate with maintenance advisors when adjusting purchase orders.•Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:•Associates Degree, or commensurate experience.•2+ years billing experience is preferred.•Proficient in data entry.
