This position will handle accounts receivable. A strong candidate will manage daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing and payment reconciliation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work within QuickBooks to input items below.
- Invoicing jobs- Both Time & Materials jobs and Contract jobs
- Tracking hours on timecards and cross checking them with job hours worked
- Track accounts receivable – enter checks in QuickBooks when they come in and follow up on unpaid invoices.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Provide administrative support for department manager.
- Main point of contact for all calls that come in to EAAES.
- Maintain an organized timely filing system.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 Years Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Associate degree in accounting preferred.
- 3+ year prior experience.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently.
