The role of the SFDC IT Business Analyst is to work in collaboration with our internal clients to investigate user needs and conduct regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements. This role involves developing SFDC Sales, Service, Commerce and AI solutions to empower decision-makers. Responsibilities
- Design & Develop SFDC solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions which are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.
- Implementation of customer Salesforce solution projects that potentially involves Sales,Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Einstein AI and/or integrations toensure scope and customer expectations are met.
- Collect and document business requirements for assigned projects
- Make configuration changes in SFDC sandboxes to satisfy documented requirements.
- Perform testing of SFDC changes
- Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
- Communicate with developers and validate their solutions to ensure that the developmentmeets the needs of clients.
- Provide continuous support for leveraging Salesforce Clouds and AI tools for prospecting,customer retention, and pipeline acceleration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4+ years of experience working with Salesforce solutions
- Highly collaborative, able to navigate cultural and differing perspectives across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of Digital User Interface and User Experience best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, and integration documentation between enterprise systems.
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks within a high volume fast-paced environment.
Certifications (preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer.
- Preferred experience on Einstein AI
