Uses the pull sheet when staging to verify all ingredients and follows blend sheet directions.Demonstrates basic understanding of Pre-Operation Blending preparations.Demonstrates the ability to identify (and report) any abnormalities of ingredients or blends, and the importance to provide safe quality product.Exhibits basic understanding of blending procedures + CIP circuits in area of operation.Must be able to sample and receive all bulk fluid deliveries; familiar with hookups and bulk receiving procedures in area of operation.Understands the importance of checking actual weights against the bills, and maintaining accurate blending documentation.Displays proficiency in maintaining all work areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.Understands the importance of the cleaning, sanitizing & proper use of manual blending utensils i.e. Scoops, Mixing Paddles, Scrapers etc...Exhibits a basic understanding of the purpose, operation and cleaning of ALL Supplemental Blending Equipment used in the area of operation i.e. Pumps, Mixers, Breddos etc…Follows all GMP requirements, and SOP's pertaining to the area of operation.Performs any other duties as assignedBenefits:MedicalDentalVisionFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)401K and Employer MatchPensionDisability InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffMonthly BonusFree Lunch (twice a week)
