Blending Operator (Night Shift) - Pharmavite : Job Details

Pull raw materials from warehouse for stage product accountability. Blends ingredients following explicit directions on batch record procedures and discharges into super sacks (up to 1,000 kilos); weighs to ensure correct weight/volume, and uses forklift to transport sacks to compressing area. Apply Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to Stage, Charge and Yield products. Makes appropriate entries onto batch records, labels and logbooks ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensures cleanliness of blending equipment and blending room to required standards by using small hand tools to disassemble equipment and cleaning as necessary; and thoroughly cleaning the walls, floors and all other fixtures in the blending room using standard cleaning tools and cleansing agents. Blends/wet mixes ingredients by operating collette granulator, prepares solutions and trays product for drying according to written procedures and standard operating procedures.
