Blending Supervisor - Experis : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Blending Supervisor to join their team. As a Blending Supervisor, you will be part of the production department supporting the batching operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Blending SupervisorLocation: Balfour, NC 28793Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000, Bonus eligibleWhat's the Job?

• Supervise daily operations of the batching, bulk unloader, and staging, ensuring adherence to production schedules and safety protocols.
• Train and evaluate employees on proper equipment use and departmental procedures.
• Monitor production status and resolve operational issues to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout the blending process.

What's Needed?

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Forklift certification and experience in the food/beverage industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
