Responsibilities

The Season Pass Agent's typical job functions include:

* Issuing season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members

* Handling general inquires regarding rates and policies

* Providing general information on resort amenities

* Addressing guest inquires in person, on the telephone and via email

Qualifications

This position might be for you if:

* You are at least 18 years old

* You have achieved a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

* You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

* You enjoy a fast paced work environment

* You are interested in a customer service based postion; friendly

* You are flexible and able to multi-task

* You are willing to perform other tasks assigned

* You are able to stand for long periods of time
