• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive Repair: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of BMW Diagnostic Equipment
• Valid Driver's License
• ASE Certification (Preferred)
• Understanding of the service/repair process
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass, pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Dependable
• Adaptable/flexible

• Achievement-oriented
• Able to work well under pressure

Automotive Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning to required specifications.
• Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs.
• Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs.
• Participate in on-going company and manufacturing training and education programs, to stay current with changing technology.
• Communicate well with managers, advisors, other technicians, and customers

Automotive Technician Hours

• 8-11 hour shift M-F
• 5 hour shift on rotating Saturdays
