Salary: $70-85,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic, team. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, designing, implementing, and supervising behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and their families while working remotely within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Active state licensure (where applicable)
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children/adults with autism and related developmental disorders
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior assessment tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Access to reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace for remote work
• Experience with telehealth or remote service delivery models
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with families and clients
