What you will do:

  • Conduct initial & follow-up behavioral assessments with patients.
  • Develop and complete initial and reauthorization treatment plans in compliance with insurance and BACB standards.
  • Develop, lead implementation of, and monitor individualized treatment programs.
  • Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA therapists in compliance with insurance and BACB standards.
  • Provide consultation and training to parents, contracted school personnel, and therapeutic support staff.
  • Complete ongoing training and compliance requirements, including annual authorization reports, clinical updates, and crisis plans.
  • Support other clinical activities as requested by supervisor.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D) with license for assigned state(s).
  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD.
  • Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
  • Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Local travel (50% estimated, depending on need) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
