Job Summary:S & L Motors, a leading automotive dealership in Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires an individual who is passionate about cars and has the necessary skills and experience to provide high-quality body repair services. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles, ensuring they are restored to their pre-accident condition.Compensation & Benefits:We offer competitive pay for this flat rate role, with an opportunity to make $70,000-$100,000 annually. Additionally, we provide biweekly pay, allowing you to be compensated for your hard work in a timely manner. We also offer opportunities for growth within the company and a positive work culture that values teamwork and innovation.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed- Utilize various tools, equipment, and techniques to repair body damage, such as welding, sanding, and painting- Follow manufacturer's specifications and guidelines to ensure repairs are done in a safe and effective manner- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environmentRequirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician- Proven skills in repairing damaged vehicles- In-depth knowledge of various tools, equipment, and techniques used in body repair- Ability to read and interpret manufacturer's specifications and guidelines- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record- Ability to pass a criminal background check EEOC Statement:S & L Motors is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
