Position: Dreamcatcher Line Attendant (Cook)

Position PurposeEnsure restaurant guests get anexcellent product, quickly, and with excellent customer service
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Stock, prep and cook food station ingredients with appropriate back-up stock, for Dreamcatcher offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure products are fresh, of excellent quality, and attractively displayed
- Communicate any problems and/or concerns to the Sous Chef immediately.
- Cook to order items such as Mongolian Grill, Burgers, and Burritos, all prepared and customized in front of guests
- Deliver stellar customer service
- Be a team player and treat all team members with respect
- Comply with all FDA food codes and sanitation procedures
- Assists in organizing and cleaning of walk-in and reach-in storage units.
- Other duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
