Bonding Associate - IFS Coatings : Job Details

Role and Responsibilities PRODUTION

• Pull Standards and put with the shop order
• Print box labels for each production order
• Prepare written formula sheet
• Combine, increase or cancel orders if needed
• Backflush all materials used from inventory
• Complete QC inspection reports for each production batch
• Make sure all required panels and yield are present for each production order
• Turn orders in to QC department after approval
• Sort and file batch panels and standards
• Sort and file production retains

LAB

• Label panels with the correct label and required information
• Complete projects in color book
• Complete projects in the lab work request application
• Turn in completed projects with all required panels and powder sample if requested
• Sort and file lab panels and standards
• Sort and file lab retains

MISCELLANEOUS

• Operation of mill to make bonded base materials as needed
• Production support on small sieve as needed
• Answer emails regarding panels request from customers
