  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including classifying expenses and reconciling accounts
  • Organize and track finances for multiple properties and private investments
  • Prepare financial documents for tax planning and audits
  • Administer and organize payments for rental properties and other assets
  • Assist with the financial management of potential aviation purchases and other large investments
Skills you have
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Ability to manage financial organization for multiple assets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
