Job Description :

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and organization? We're seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team in Cameron Park, CA, and help us keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to financial reporting and tax filings.
  • Budget Assistance: Assist with budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights into variances and trends.
  • Vendor and Client Interaction: Manage vendor payments and client invoices, maintaining positive relationships.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and team members.
