Bookkeeper/Billing Specialist - Insight Global : Job Details

The bookkeepers will primarily be responsible for all bookkeeping duties including billing, AP, journal entries, and dealing with equipment codes. Candidates in this position will have a lot of opportunity to grow. Required Skills & Experience- 1-3 years of AP/Billing experience- Experience as a general/staff accountant- Great attitude and work ethic- Good understanding of analytics and ability to use Excel- Ability to sit onsite in Hartselle, AL (2350 US-31 nw, Hartselle, AL 35640) Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Monthly close- Reconciliations- Fixed Assets Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
