Perform full charge bookkeeping.2. Monitors compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Salvation ArmyAccounting processes and procedures.3. Applies principles of accounting to post journal entries, analyze financial information and preparefinancial reports for ARC.4. Code, Review and post Accounts Payable invoices.5. File check copies and related documents according to established procedures.6. Obtain W-9 forms as needed.7. Prepare Rags Sales & Vehicle Sales Report for submission to ARCC8. Assist Internal Auditor with audit preparations as needed.9. Handle Auto Donations process.10. Prepare invoices through Shelby AR for Internal (SA Unit) and external vouchers billing, collection and reconciliation.The Salvation Army Mission:The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church.
