Job Description :
Post financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgers. Reconcile and balance accounts. Generate and analyze financial statements. Prepare and process payroll. Generate 1099 s and W 2 s and calculate and prepare tax statements. Communicate with clients, client suppliers, vendors and banking contacts. Assist in client retention and client growth opportunities. Your Expertise:High school diploma or equivalent. National bookkeeping and payroll certifications from the National Bookkeeping Association, or the ability to successfully obtain certifications 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience. Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and generally accepted accounting principles & procedures. Ability to correctly interpret and apply complete instructions, policies and regulations. Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Analytical skills and an eye for details.
