Job Description :

Job Title: Accountant/Bookkeeper Location: Athens, Georgia (Onsite) Fill-Time positionYou will be:

engaging directly with clients, taking charge of both accounting and client services
Develop meaningful relationships with clients, continually deepening your understanding of their businesses and elevating the level of service you provide
QuickBooks desktop and online data entry and monthly accounting
Perform general ledger accounting tasks, such as recording journal entries and reconciling accounts
Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

If you have:

Maintaining multiple QuickBooks files for different clients across various industries,
Experience with either/or bookkeeping or accounting with multiple companies
Providing clients with a high level of service and attention to detail
Minimum 2 years experience in QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop)
Experience in bill pay
Experience with schedule management
