Bookkeeper - Employ-Temps Staffing Services : Job Details

Full Charge BookkeeperWe are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience for our client in North Canton, OH!In this role you will be working with a company that is committed to providing clients with top-quality care, affordable services, and attention to detail that keeps your items safe and transportation efficient. • Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:00pm

Pay:

• $20.00-$23.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all financial matters, statements and records are kept up to date and delivered on time
• Create, review and verify invoices
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile bank deposits
• Reconcile accounts, statements and transactions
• Prepare and perform check runs
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Correspond with vendors
• Produce financial reports
• Maintain payroll info, prepare payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years' of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general accounting experience
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Strong organizational skills
