• Accounts Receivable Schedules and Collections
• Manages F&I & aftermarket vendor payment schedules
• Tracks General Motors eCommerce sales and reconciles payments/discounts
• Log vehicle Inventory into Accounting
• Cost Accounting for Vehicle Sales
• Deposit and Bank Reconcilliation
• Cashiering
• Title tracking
• Dealer Trade (Vehicle wholesaling) Accounting
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by the Controller or Owner/CEO

Qualifications

• 2 Years General Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience - (General Motors Dealer Accounting Preferred)
• Has Jim Winter Values - (BASICS Below)
• Team Player
• Strong Communication Skills
• Organizational Skills
• Completed Culture Index Survey.
