Job Description: Pay Range: $21hr - $24hr Requires Experience and Skills:
- Using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Managing multiple tasks.
- bility to meet required time lines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines.
- bility to monitor vendor accounts and processing payments/cancellation of authorizations/payments in a timely fashion.
- bility to learn computer programs specific to ACCES-VR.
- Data entry.
- Processing payments/cancellations for the District Office.
- Corresponding with and answering vendor and staff questions.
- Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets).
- Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing).
- Creating/Updating/managing spreadsheets (ie. open authorization spreadsheets).
- Emailing, scanning and faxing duties.
- Reception Desk Coverage.
- Processing mail.
