Description This is an opportunity to join Dove Cay's accounting team and assist in billing and accounting responsibilities for the firm. The duties include supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end reconciliations. This role involves active interaction with vendors, customers, and external auditors. They will work closely with the accounting and operations team.Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Position Bookkeeping Accounting Clerk Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Position Requirements Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and process invoices for services
• Issue bills and statements to customers and clients
• Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
• Record payments from customers and clients to correct invoices
• Process bank deposit, withdrawals, and transfers
• Input financial data into accounting software
• Daily entry of invoices from vendors
• Active communication between vendors and managers on outstanding payables
• Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for financial documents
• Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED)
• Post-Secondary Certificate - awarded for training completed after high school (for example, in agriculture or natural resources, computer services, personal or culinary services, engineering technologies, healthcare, construction trades, mechanic and repair technologies, or precision production
