Were looking for a Bookkeeping Clerk to join our PharmScript team within our Accounting & Finance department.

Job Summary:

As a Bookkeeping Clerk, the ideal candidates responsible for cash accounting including depositing daily cash collections, and posting cash receipts, maintaining cash collection details in excel files for cash application and assisting Bookkeepers with various clerical functions. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys working with others and is attentive to details. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Solid communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounting filing
  • Preparing refund checks
  • Preparing replacement refund checks
  • Voiding checks (old refunds)
  • Scanning documents for shared drive archiving
  • Supporting incoming and outgoing mail duties
  • Mailing letters related to old refunds not cashed
  • Other duties set by management
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer knowledge in MS Excel, Word
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
