Job Title: Group Exercise Boot Camo InstructorLocation: Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness Center.Schedule: Determined based on the overall needs but would be within the general fitness class schedule of Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 18:00, as part of the 12 classesDuties:

• Deliver pre-designed and custom workouts to groups.
• Ensure safety of participants regarding exercise technique.
• Build and maintain a highly engaged member base.
• Lead and motivate clients throughout intense training sessions.
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels.

Qualifications:

• Current Certificate in Group Exercise instructor.
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• CPR/AED certification.
